Description:

It is a species of bee, completely black and with puple-blue wings: it's around 1 inch long, and a solitary animal. It is capable to sting more than once, differently from other species of bees.

Habitat:

It usually lives in warm areas all around Europe: in winter this type of bee goes in hibernation, usually digging small holes in treetrunks.
