Small iridescent sun-bird. About 12cm. Hovers to drink nectar from flowers. This one is a male. Extremely long beaks and brush tipped tubular tongues which helps to get to the depths of flowers.

In the first pic it kind of looks like the bird is wearing a hula skirt! Great spotting.
