I did some research and found out that Chestnut-breasted coronet have short bills, and it is an immature.
But the long tail makes me think he was simply short billed. Can't find anything like him!
The short bill almost makes me think that he was immature. Anyway, good birding!
And yet he doesn't look like them. I even looked at the lodge's ID board. We were only there for a short break, so I'm not sure what this one is.
Only ones that seem similar are the violetears. This bird's bill is short
