hehe, in Latvia it is pretty common to feed birds with it :)
This winter only great tits, blue tit and the middle spotted woodpecker :) Usually I have some Eurasian nuthatches, as well :) But yesterday I was in the forest and it seems that they have plenty of food there - I saw so many nuthatches :)
But for sparrows I have a feeder with millet (they love millet) and barley groats (sometimes they eat it).

Oh first time I see this, It did look like animal fat, but I thought can't be possible. Didn't know they like it.
What other birds do you get?

Btw. the video is really nice, the birds look cute especially with the right music :)

Fat from a pig (on the lower side you can see a pork rind and above it there is a layer of fat). But it's not salted or anything.
Birds love it (sparrows not so much)!!!
