Lissotriton boscai
Bosca's newt (Lissotriton boscai, formerly Triturus boscai), also known as the Iberian newt, is a species of newt in the Salamandridae family. It is a small species, measuring about 9.9 - 10.8 cm in total length
Its natural habitats are temperate forests, Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, sandy shores, arable land, pastureland, rural gardens, water storage areas, ponds, and introduced vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss. It is found in Portugal and western Spain.

Thanks Madalena,i love them to,this year we have the backyard full of them,lots of young ones ,we have to go with a lantern to the yard at nigth to not smash them whem walking,because when it rain they all come to feed on the earthworms that trie so escape from the flood soil areas to the less weet areas,it's a liliput world ,just out side the door :-)i'll post more often spottings about them,everybody like them very much

Yes Jemma it's earth worms,from wich they feed,not from this big one,but they eat the littles of all the other animals that we have here
