Harmonia axyridis
Ladybird beetle larva, covered in dew. It was gray/black with rows of orange markings and double-branched spines. The size of the larva is actually larger than the size it will be as an adult.
On a milkweed plant that was covered in oleander aphids (Aphis nerii). It was the perfect location for this larva to have a serious feast.
Or Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle, which ever you would like to call it. Here is another link: http://bugguide.net/node/view/397
