Hesperiidae, Potanthus sp., unfortunately there are several very similar looking species found in the Philippines. My closest guess would be Potanthus flavus (or flava) or Potanthus hyugai. I would need more pictures with a view of all 4 (!) wing sides.

Hi AlbertKang! Not a moth but a skipper butterfly (family Hesperiidae). I hope someone else can help further!
