Common Five-Ring

Description:

The butterflies in both photos have 3 rings. One butterfly has wide white edges to its lower wings. When seen the butterflies did not visit flowers but liked to rest occasionally on leaves.

Habitat:

Found flitting about in a garden in a residential subdivision in Silang, Cavite.
