Definitely a Weidemeyer's, which are common around here in the summer. Lorquin's would be way out of range here, and much more orange underneath.
One of my favorite Colorado Springs Butterflies.

Close but now that you showed me Weidemeyer's, I'm thinking its a Lorquin's Admiral Butterfly.
