Thanks for taking interest in identifying this moth. Yes, there are many similar moths and they are difficult to identify by just one photograph.
Nice shot Sisir ! An Armyworm or Cutworm from family: Noctuidae -I think. There are so many of these with only slight variations and quite confusing.
