Ramaria - Coral fungus

Ramaria gracilis

Description:

A highly branched slender creamy white coral fungus growing in clumps, about 90 mm high. The more aged clumps were darker in colour.
The spore print was a yellow-brown which appears to be a characteristic of Ramaria.

Habitat:

Spotted growing in moist soil and leaf litter under eucalypts and other natives - Lysterfield park
