Description:

Typical sparrow-like. Has dark streaks of brown back, lighter breast to belly area; and streaking on its sides. It has a whitish crown w/ yellowish stripes above the eye.

Habitat:

This bird w/ three others was observed at a County nature preserve along edge of pavement foraging for food.
