•They eat fruits, insects and worms. •The male is red with black and the female is brown with orange. •They generally lay 2 or 3 eggs in a cup-shaped nest.

Habitat:

Atlantic coast restingas, dry shrubland, lowland forests, wooded areas in cities -I saw these birds in Rio de Janeiro(Brazil)
