Saint Vincent's Tree Anole

Anolis griseus

Saw this guy in the shade of my porch. It was around 5 inches long maybe. Green with stripes. Comparatively speaking, one of the bigger lizards I've see in Bequia so far. Any help identifying him would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! So cute! :)

Maybe a gecko or anole. Wikipedia does not list this species.
