Spotted on 20 of April. Have to estimate size using chainlink fence.

lizard size if bigger could be a type of monitor
The two I mentioned are the only anoles that I saw that were crested. The Carolina one shows a crest on males mostly during mating season.

Would be no surprise if somehow they hitchhiked. That or the Carolina anole are the closest match. It could have been someone's pet the picked up and took up there. Don't see anything else.

Could be a Puerto Rican Crested Anole (Anolis. cristatellus) They were introduced to cut down on insects
