Large Red Damselfly

Pyrrhosoma nymphula

Description:

This damselfly is often one of the first signs of spring in the UK. Although a vivid red color, it's amazing how quickly it can seem to disappear, almost in front of your eyes.

Hi Mrjohnsexplorer. Many thanks for your kind feedback and comments. I'm not sure about your question, however, which I would like to answer. Are you asking what camera equipment I used or are you wishing to know what techniques I used? Thanks again for your interest.
