Forgot to mention... you can identify this is Eutrombidium by, among other things, the presence of a small dorsal plate on the posterior end of the body (clearly visible in this photo). Body shape and the shade of red color are also helpful.

This is not a trombidiid. It is a microtrombidiid in the genus Eutrombidium (which used to be its own family, Eutrombidiidae, now recognized as a subfamily of Microtrombidiidae).

I think Karen is correct.. Red Velvet Mite... Its a tough Organism to spot as it is very active in speed and focusing is done after hard work of continuous follow it.
