Lovely spot Alexis! I agree that this is most likely an Eatern cottontail rabbit (Sylvilagus floridanus)

Most likely a cottontail since it's the most common other then the jack rabbits.
I too spotted a copyright issue. I believe in this site and if a person didn't take the picture or get permission shouldn't post them here.
