Black Widow Spider

Description:

A common yet dangerous spider that has a bad habit of getting into peoples storage sheds and garden tools. Unprovoked they are harmless, no need to kill them, simply wind the web around a stick with the spider and take it to the woods.

Habitat:

Dark warm areas.

Nice spot & good advice! Like most creatures, black widows are rarely aggressive unless threatened (or accidentally disturbed). It takes a lot of energy to produce venom, & they need it to paralyze their prey, so like snakes they will usually look to escape rather than attack.
