I have emailed the site concerned & requested the immediate removal of the image & any others copied from PN users.

Mr. Nikola seems not to be the type to take pictures of moths... Strange that somebody from tumblr is complaining about ©... Usually it might be the other way round...

Yogesh you have complaint to Project Noah team and the Tumbler administrator for the copyright breach case.... You have to prove it is your picture....
