found one in south India long time back. This one is from north India. Just amazed by its distributional range across extreme altitudes.

No, it is a female of Aeolesthes induta (Newman, 1842).Cf. here: http://www.cerambycoidea.com/specieric.a...
thank you Maria dB. The white background is paper. It came inside our kitchen during night time. It was collected on the paper, few snaps and thrown out. :)
