Small tree or large shrub (4 metres tall) that looks like a small Bay tree... Leaves look like small Bay leaves with some wavy serated edges... fruit like small blue-black olives but more spherical.. pale grey almost smooth bark.
Suburban nature strip within lawn.
Also known as Sweet bay, Bay tree, True laurel.
