Social Flycatcher

Description:

The adult Social Flycatcher is 16–18 cm long and weighs 24–27 g. The head is dark grey with a strong white eyestripe. The upperparts are olive-brown, and the wings and tail are brown with only faint rufous fringes. The underparts are yellow and the throat is white.

Habitat:

In the trees of Punta Mona, Costa Rica

Might also be White-ringed Flycatcher, which would have a white ring around the head. In Social Flycatcher the ring is interrupted by a grey/dark stripe. Unfortunately these guys would almost never show their neck...
Do you have another shot? I would not really challenge your ID, Social Flycatcher is quite common in Costa Rica. But it is worth to check the other possibility.
