Jumping spider spotting

The usual 0,5-1 cm spider, only it is hard to believe, it can jump with such a huge abdomen... Can it be 'pregnant'?

I have spotted many jumping spiders on these old concrete posts covered with Lichen

Would need both ID and some explanation
