This tree was covered with fine silky cotton wool type fibers that were blowing all around the area where the trees were.
Janet, just see that the location is listed as Argentina instead of southern Spain, hence your comment. Been having a bit of trouble with the map lately. Sorry...
Thanks Janet... Couldn't find a reference to it growing in Spain, (where I spotted it) but it surely looks like the same tree.
