Hello shameerzaman1999. This is a lovely photo of a beautiful tree but it's not Ficus elastica. Ficus species have an astonishing and unique pollination strategy, which involves tiny wasps whose own reproductive cycle plays out inside urn like structures on each Ficus. These urn like structures contain seperate male and female flowers. An example of what is a really incredible relationship between the wasps and The Ficus can be seen in this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfkiYfrSt...
The gorgeous flower in your photo belongs to a Magnolia.
