Hirsuta Crape-myrtle Lagerstroemia Hirsuta (Lam)
Distribution: Bangladesh; Cambodia; India; Laos; Malaysia; Myanmar; Thailand; Vietnam There are several botanical names for Crepe Myrtle that go back in history but the Lagerstroemia is very popular and native to Asia, although popular also in India, China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Burma, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Japan, Philippines and Australia. One of the first species was Lagerstroemia Indica which was described by Charles Linnaeus in 1759 and he used the name Lagerstroemia in honor of his friend Magnus von Lagertroem who was an avid naturalist and director of the Swedish East Indies company.

Maybe you can get another picture of that plant, specifically the flowers. Bouganvilla tend to have flower leaves that look like the green leaves, only pink or some color other than green. Their flowers also tend to be only on the end of the plant branch and cluster to the end of the tip of the branch. If there are flowers along the branch, they tend to grow from separate steps off that main branch. They also have thorns.
Crape Myrtles grow spending on how they are pruned. If unpruned, they can look like huge bushes. If pruned, they can look like a tree with lots of trunks and then tons of branches radiating (like a sparkler) from the tops of the trunks. Their flowers tend to be larger on the ends and tips of the branches. They can kind of weep if the branches get long enough. their flowers do not look exactly like the leaves of the rest of the plant, only colored. They don't have thorns, that I know of.

But we do have a LOT of Bougainvillea in Bangladesh
Y'know I might be wrong so I'll look it up ;).thanks for the tip and the compliment.
The second one looks more like a Bougainvillea. I thought it was Chautauqua, Kansas, USA - and I could not imagine a Bougainvillea getting that large in Kansas, since they like the warmer Gulf Coast of Mexico and southern part of the country the USA. Crape Myrtles have that growth pattern similar to the first pic in the spotting, get that big and grow on old growth. It's pretty regardless. Nice spotting.
@HeatherMiller actually I'm not sure we have Crape Myrtles in Bangladesh and that isn't a very good shot of the flower and I'm sure it's a Bougainvillea cos we have lots in my neighborhood. ;)
Looks more like a Crape Myrtle, to me.
