Gray treefrog

Hyla versicolor (or) Hyla chrysoscelis

Description:

These little guys are ALL over near my house. I have to check my grill before use. There is almost always one hiding inside. This specimen was about 1 3/4 inches from nose to tail.

Unfortunately, these 2 treefrog species double up in many states, and the only way to differentiate between them is by their call.
