Description:

The female has a broad pale band across the otherwise dark antennae; there is also a pale spot on the scutellum and at the tip of the abdomen.

Habitat:

Meadow.

ornithoptera80 the white spots on the legs do not match Diphyus quadripunctorius.

nice spotting,this spotting overwinters in large numbers in caves and in the other seasons it is found in meadows and grasslands.
