Habitat:

edges of marshes, forested wetlands, open moist pinelands, and savannas.

Notes:

Attractive large yellow flower on long stem leaves small clustered to the ground. In the 3rd pic they are the purplish, reddish leaves not the long green ones. This one found growing near the marsh on the side of the road leading to Pa-hay-okee overlook.
