Not C. regalis, a species found in the US. This is C. splendens, and based on the fact that it was photographed in Jalisco I would say this is the nominate subspecies, C. s. splendens. However, this particular individual seems close to the subspecies found to the north (in Sinaloa) C. s. sinaloensis. Either way, this is C. splendens.
