Hammer Head Worm

Bipalium vagum

Description:

Long flatworm with yellow and black stripes. Also has a heart shaped head.

Habitat:

Grass (wondered onto concrete then was put on blue table to photograph.)

I think ForestDragon may be right. I think this is B. kewense. Here is the similar B. vagum, a snail eater. And some links to pages that may help with ID.

How about Kew Greenhouse Flatworm, Bipalium kewense. This flatworm is a voracious predator of earthworms! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipalium (description for B. kewense further down the page).
