This most common specie seen from Himalayan ranges to Western ghats in Limenitinae subfamily.

Yes Bayucca is correct its Common Baron Male butterfly. Male has lesser White colour than female in Dorsal view of wings. Beautifully captured.

I think it is the Common Baron, Euthalia aconthea and the subspecies Euthalia aconthea meridionalis. As the whole group is very variable within East Asia, there are some differences in colors and markings and these are not always clearly visible. I think yours is a wonderful example how colors may change depending on the angle of sunlight and perspective! The subspecies has to be verified!
