Rubiaceae, Psychotria sp.. The blossom is not the red part, but relatively tiny white or sometimes bluish. The red part makes it bigger for attracting hummingbirds. You have to imagine that this flower is usually growing in the darker rainforest, so strong colors are needed to be found by the hummies. There are several species around.
