Bêche-de-mer! (English: Ocellated Sea-cucumber)

Bohadschia argus

Description:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bohadschia_...

Notes:

This precious, gargantuan-sized gentle slug is - an expensive delicacy! But we left it alone on it's merry ways to scour the sea-floor... as it leaves a trace of gluey substance along it's sides presumably to attract the opposite sex as it passes along. Sea cucumbers communicate with each other by sending hormone signals through the water.
