Awesome looking things!!! They are not really spiders, nor scorpions, they are in their own Order within the Arachnids. The Order Amblypygi: Tailless Whipscorpions or Cave Scorpions. Not poisonous, you are right.

I don't know the species, though to me it looks a lot like the Paraphrynus mexicanus found here in the US, so maybe the same Genus if not the same kind.
