Description:

Photo take near home on the road side this butterfly looks like is laying eggs on the leaf but i check after it left and there is no eggs. About 5 cm wingspan brown color on the underwing whit a white stripe and dots.

Silver-spotted has a large puddle like mark, the gold-spotted has more of a fading stripe. They are very close in looks.

I notice the white spots the Silver-Spotted docent have them.
