Dainty Swallowtail

Papilio anactus

Description:

I bought a small citrus tree and planted it in a pot in my backyard, hoping it will attract butterlies to lay eggs on it. A few days later, I saw a female dainty swallowtail circiling around the tree and laying eggs on the young leaves. About three weeks later, I finally got the chance to photography this beautiful little butterfly.
