Description:

A small, very light colored Geometer moth with translucent markings. Not Geometer-looking by appearance, as many Geometers display their hind wings as well. As you can see in the middle of the body, it possibly is injured by the raw scrape.

Habitat:

Feed on Maples and Violets (Strangely Unrelated Species!)
