Chestnut-mandibled Toucan

Ramphastos ambiguus swainsonii

Description:

A toucan, medium-sized, with a big beak half-yellow half-brown. The chest is also yellow.

Habitat:

Spotted on a branch, over the shore of the Main Channel, near the town of Tortuguero.

Notes:

I don't know how it is called now, I found that it can also be named R. ambiguus...

I think both names were still valid, since there is not from all sources a common consensus about the "new" name. I learned it myself some years ago.
