That is a water snake. The most common snake you will see and also the most misidentified. Killed cause it was near water.

I am not extremely familiar with florida snakes but this one seems to have a cool pattern

Awesome spotting but this is a non venomous snake as you can see by the non triangular head this is most likely a banded or florida water snake.
