Description:

small to medium sized frog with dark brown tympanum.articulation runs along eyes to hind limbs.all digits has well differentiated disk with half webbed toes. .mostly light orange brown in color,as it was hibernating it has changed to black to absorb heat in order to keep it warm.it was at a elevation of about 1800 meters

Habitat:

most probably bushes.this one was under a rock.

Notes:

recently described spices.i couldn't find any records from region of Tamil Nadu.Its in IUCN red list as most of its distributed area is converted to farm land and estates.
