Forpus xanthopterygius
The Blue-winged Parrotlet (Forpus xanthopterygius) is the smaller bird of its family (Psittacidae) in Brazil. The males have blue on the bend of the wing, underwing-coverts, lower back and rump (like this one in the picture) while females are completely green.
