Gelechioid Moth

Enchocrates

Description:

Check other references I am hopeless at identifying moths

Notes:

# red nose moth. The spare wing in the image is from detritus on the twig the moth was on. The quality of the image is down to the cheap camera, sometimes it makes a good image, mostly it makes rough ones. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.11... Thanks dhobern for the identification and Mark Ridgeway for support http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:E...

Appreciate the assist. I have missed something with this one, I have seen one before. To be revised then.

Yeah no I don't like the rounded wing tips where yours is square cut. Definitely Crambidae maybe Pyraustinae?... checking
