small wildflower with 6 white tepals blooming in the lawn; plant about 6 inches tall; flowers on stalks stemming from a rosette of basal leaves; herbaceous perrenial; only lasts about 2 weeks; nice smell; in the lily family; opens in morning & closes in afternoon
