Thanks Karen. I did think that the palps were enlarged but now I can see what you mean about them being just hairy.

Very nice spot - this is actually a female though. If you look closely the palps are not enlarged they just look that way because as with many jumping spiders, they are very hairy.

The large pedipalps, or "boxing glove-like" things in front of the spider's face make it a male.
