Japanese Honeysuckle is one of the most common in cultivation. Photos of the open flowers and leaves will help with ID.

Yeah it is on a vine quite high up. It is growing in my garden so I can take some more photos when it's sunny! I am not sure of the exact species.

It's a little bit hard to tell from the photo but looks like honeysuckle. Was it a vine? Do you have any more photos of it?
