uncertain millipede

Description:

Black and yellow banded, medium-sized millipede.

Habitat:

Many of these millipedes were spotted at the lip of the crater that holds Lago Atitlan, high in the mountains of Guatemala. The time was just after dawn. Many of these centipedes were around, some more black than others, and most not awake and moving around yet.
