Sangelyka----for the past three years we've had a pair of foxes have young one on our farm. They have them under an implement shed not too far from the house. I simply hide behind some nearby bushes and remain still. After awhile they get used to my presence and don't seem to mind I am there. I can usually get about 20 feet or so from them without any trouble. I use a Canon Rebel T2i and a 300mm zoom to get these images.
