Arctic Poppy

Description:

Bright yellow flower that collects sunlight into the centre of the flower so it is able to grow in the cool arctic summer. This flower grows 10-15cm tall. These flowers bloom from late June till early August.

Habitat:

Arctic tundra, summer temperatures can range from -20 Degrees Celsius to 25 Degrees Celsius. Very rocky. It can become very windy. Weather conditions can change very fast.
